1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Kelt IV Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Attirel (our website at attirel.com and our application at attirel.ai). Kelt IV Labs LLC is the data controller for personal information processed through the Service. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how it is stored, and the rights you have over it.

2. Measurement data

Attirel's core feature relies on body measurements you choose to provide, such as bust or chest, waist, hips, inseam, foot length and width, and optional measurements like calf circumference. If you create pet profiles, this also includes the pet measurements you enter.

• Storage: measurements are stored encrypted in transit and at rest in our database (hosted on Supabase infrastructure).
• Use: measurements are used solely to compute size recommendations and fit scores for you. They are never sold and never shared with retailers or advertisers.
• Optionality: every measurement is optional. Providing fewer measurements reduces fit-score confidence but the app remains usable.

3. Account data

When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication credentials (handled by our authentication provider; we never store plaintext passwords). Optional profile details (such as display name, gender selection for sizing purposes, skin tone selection for colour matching, style preferences, saved items, and preferred stores) are stored with your account and used only for fit scoring, personalization, and improving the Service.

4. Usage data & analytics

We collect limited usage data (such as pages visited, features used, products viewed or saved, size feedback you submit, and outbound clicks to retailer sites) to improve recommendations and understand how the product is used. Outbound click tracking also supports our affiliate programs (see our affiliate disclosure). We use aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics on this website and do not build advertising profiles.

5. Cookies

The website uses only essential cookies and local storage needed for the site to function. The app uses local storage to keep you signed in and to cache your preferences on your device.

6. Sharing & third parties

We share data only with the service providers required to run Attirel, each bound by their own data protection obligations:

• Supabase: database hosting and authentication (stores your account data and measurements).
• Vercel: website and application hosting.
• Anthropic: AI processing of measurement conversations and fit explanations.
• Affiliate networks: anonymous click referrals only. No measurement data is ever shared with retailers or affiliate networks.

We do not sell personal data. When you click through to a retailer, that retailer's own privacy policy governs what happens on their site.

7. Your rights & data deletion

• Access: you can view all measurements and profile data in the app at any time.
• Correction: you can edit or remove any measurement or profile field in the app.
• Deletion: you may delete individual profiles or your entire account, including all measurements, at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account), or by emailing us. Deletion permanently removes all personal data and is completed within 30 days.
• Export: you may request a copy of your data by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted, associated personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

9. Children

Attirel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Adult account holders may store sizing profiles for their children as part of family shopping features.
