Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Attirel (the "Service"), including the website at attirel.com and the application at attirel.ai, is owned and operated by Kelt IV Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kelt IV Labs LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Company provides size recommendations, fit scores, and shopping tools based on the measurements and preferences you provide. The Service is independent: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the retailers and brands whose products appear in the Service.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings.

4. Fit recommendations are estimates

Fit scores, size recommendations, and confidence labels are estimates produced from the data available to us: your measurements, brand sizing data, and garment information. They are provided for guidance only and are not a guarantee that any product will fit. Always review the retailer's own product information before purchasing. Purchases are made from third-party retailers under their own terms, prices, and return policies.

5. Affiliate links

The Service contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you purchase through links on this site or in the app, at no additional cost to you. Commissions never influence fit scores or size recommendations, which are computed solely from measurement data. See our affiliate disclosure.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service;
• attempt to access other users' data or probe the Service's security;
• reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written permission;
• impersonate others or submit deliberately false information.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, fit-scoring system, and content, is owned by Kelt IV Labs LLC and protected by applicable law. Product names, images, and trademarks of third-party brands belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelt IV Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service, including purchases that do not fit. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections 4–9 survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
